Gluten Free Spinach Ricotta Ravioli 

Made with the goodness of fresh spinach and ricotta, this ravioli pairs well with an agilo olio sauce. 

To cook fresh ravioli, bring a large stockpot of generously-salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add in the fresh pasta, and then immediately begin to stir it gently so that the ravioli does not stick together. Continue to cook until the pasta is al dente. Drain and stir into your favorite sauce.
