The Better Batter Bakery is about sharing our passion for food with our customers. It’s about staying true to our belief in provenance and sharing only seasonal, sustainable and local produce from Indian growers and farmers. It's about humble, attentive service delivering rustic, Italian-inspired fare.

What made us we make everyday. It’s our job as bakers to make it count by making it good. As farmers across the country plant different varieties of grains, we as bakers will have more choice in the flour we’re able to work with. There’s a world of flavors most of us have yet to taste. But we will.
OUR PASTA
We are committed to providing the freshest pasta experience in India.
To achieve this, we mill grains through our on-site flour mill and combine that beautiful fresh flour with free-range eggs from country farms.
Our pasta is hand-crafted daily and depending on the style of pasta, either individually hand cut or fed through a pasta extruder.
