Our hand rolled potato gnocchi, made of 00 flour eggs, salt, potatoes and olive oil 

Throw the gnocchi in a pot of boiling water with a table spoon of salt The gnocchi will float up once its done boiling Drain the gnocchi with a slotted spoon and stir into your favorite sauce to enjoy
